3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
If you use Databots on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

5. Done-for-You Setup
Databots may provide done-for-you setup, configuration, training, and integration support. You agree to provide accurate information, access, credentials, documents, and approvals needed to complete setup.
Delays in providing required information may delay delivery or launch.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Keeping login details secure
Ensuring authorized access only
Providing accurate business information
Reviewing chatbot outputs when needed
Monitoring customer-facing conversations
Complying with laws applicable to your industry
Maintaining your connected third-party accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Databots uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, automate tasks, and support business workflows. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful outputs, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving critical outputs, especially those involving legal, financial, medical, regulatory, employment, or sensitive business decisions.
Databots does not replace professional advice.
8. Customer Data and Business Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, documents, and materials you provide to Databots.
You grant Databots permission to use, process, store, and transmit your content as needed to deliver the services, train your chatbot, complete automations, provide support, and improve your account experience.
You confirm that you have the right to provide any data, files, or customer information submitted to Databots.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Databots to:
Violate any law or regulation
Send spam, deceptive, or harmful communications
Collect sensitive data without proper consent
Impersonate another person or business
Distribute malware or malicious code
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
Generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Bypass security controls
Misuse connected third-party platforms
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Databots may integrate with third-party services such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Jira, Stripe, GitHub, Google Drive, Slack, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with those third-party services. Databots is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
11. Subscription Plans and Payments
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected, such as monthly, annual, or custom pricing.
By subscribing, you authorize Databots or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, setup fees, usage fees, or applicable charges.
Prices, features, and plan limits may change with notice.
12. Annual Plans and Discounts
If you choose an annual plan, you may receive a discount compared to monthly billing. Annual fees are generally charged upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Annual plan payments may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.
13. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by Databots.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Your access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
14. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in a specific agreement, required by law, or approved by Databots at its discretion.
Setup fees, custom implementation fees, and done-for-you service fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
15. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to Databots, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party issues, or events beyond our control.
16. Intellectual Property
Databots owns all rights, title, and interest in its website, software, designs, branding, workflows, templates, documentation, systems, and related intellectual property.
You may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Databots materials without written permission.
17. Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential information during setup, support, or service delivery. Each party agrees to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as needed to perform obligations or as required by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Databots is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Databots in the three months before the claim arose.
19. No Guarantee of Results
Databots is designed to improve efficiency, automation, communication, and workflow support. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, or cost savings.
Results depend on your business, data quality, implementation, usage, market conditions, and third-party tools.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully.
You may stop using Databots at any time, subject to any active billing or service commitments.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of Databots means you accept the updated Terms.
